How much does it cost ?
Cost varies depending on time of year, day and hour.   My prices are competitive.  I charge by the hour.   There is a 2 hour minimum. Your guest do not pay  per drawing.  There is no charge for set up, break  down.  Travel charges may be added depending on  your location.

What does the artist provide for the event ?
The artist supplies paper, protective cover, table and lights.

What does the artist need from the host ?
Chairs (unless otherwise stated)
Shade
Heat, if it is cold.
Cover, if it is raining.

When should you book an event ?
May, June and December are the busiest months.   There are no discounts or specials during this time period. Book for these months as soon as your date, time and venue are secure.

 

Saturday is the busiest day and night of the week.   Again, secure your date  and time as soon as possible.  Mid- week discounts may apply.   There is $50.00 non refundable depost          
to secure your date and time. The event is on the books rain or shine.
